CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICIES:

* Reservation can be canceled up to 16 days before check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation, a penalty equal to 30% of the entire stay will be charged.For amounts up to € 250.00, payments are accepted only in cash. The tourist tax is always to be paid in cash.

* For bookings of more than three nights and on the occasion of bridges, events, holidays and for bookings made for the month of August, a deposit equal to 30% of the entire amount of the stay will be required to be paid by bank transfer or Virtual POS within five days from the booking date.In case of no-show there is a 100% of the reservation will be charged.

* The prices indicated may vary from what is indicated on the occasion of bridges, events or holidays.

* In some periods, on the occasion of long weekends, events or holidays, the price of single use corresponds to the price of the double room.
